The secret to that Taco Bell mix is to add some tomato sauce, or crushed tomatoes to it. Not much. I use this in replacement of the water. It really bumps up the flavor to more like taco bell.

Why are these jackasses wearing gloves. It's less sanitary than washing your hands. It's not an alternative to hand washing either.

That is not what a reverse sear is btw. You have to cook it indirectly and then sear it. You just gave it a crappy sear first and then finished it.

I usually use butter, but tried mayonnaise one time. Horrible!!! I think the key to good food like this is a very HOT griddle. I notice that the twins put down an oil before placing the bread. Forget the residential kitchen or BBQ units outside. I think oils and high heat are the keys.

I'd like to eat a Fajita... Cheesesteak! I'm thinking about starting a carnivore diet. Carbs are killing me, as much as I love them. I keep gaining weight even when "dieting". So honestly, how did wrapping them work out? I have been cutting the carbs and using burritos and making my cheesesteak in them and just toasting the roll for 2 mins a side. I am sure you already have done that. It is so hot up here I can just let my griddle sit in the sun and it will cook eggs and bacon without turning it on.

Love your cooks, but unfortunately after buying a Pit Boss Ultimate 5 burner griddle based on your videos we're beyond disappointed as our Ultimate Griddle is under 2 years old and rusted everywhere even though it's been covered whenever not in use. Customer service only offered instructions hownto use steel wool and repaint. Unacceptable for a griddle that goes for $899
